Ā Ā Ā Ā I wanted to take a minute and
give you my feedback on our purchase at Lake Keowee Dodge on Memorial
Day. After spending about a week or so discussing some things with Andy,
your Internet Sales Manager, we were able to pull off a deal to allow
us to bring home the car that we worked so hard to receive. You
certainly did nothing but facilitate to the point that we could come to
an agreement. Upon my arrival at Lake Keowee Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, I
was greeted by Dave and Andy. Andy was in the middle of working about
three deals at the same time, but in his stride, he stopped in to
converse with us and make sure we were comfortable. As we decided to sit
down after the test drive, Dave began to work on numbers for this
particular vehicle. I think negotiation is a cornerstone of auto buying
in America so I was prepared to deal. The great thing though is that you
all had the same desire to negotiate to get something done. I found
Dave and the management team to be understanding and sympathetic to our
position as a family, as well as the limitations we had. I felt no
pressure to ever do something I couldn't do or something that was not in
the best interest of my
family.

left with what we believe is an outstanding and rare deal. In fact, I am
paying less a month for this 2012 Charger, that's fully loaded, than I
did for my previous 2006 Charger. I believe the car price was
outstanding, I received a very fair trade-in, and terrific interest
rates. I hope and believe that we reached a deal that was mutually
beneficial for both of us. You were the 6th dealership that I had spoken
to about this type of car. Other dealers weren't particularly
interested in giving me what I wanted and needed, or they simply could
not provide great deals due to their small size and inventory. On our
way to your facility in Seneca, we probably passed 6 other Dodge
Dealerships. Once again, kudos for your team that truly did want to get
something done, even with the very high expectations that I had coming
in based on our conversations with Andy. I can assure you that I will
never have a problem driving from Canton, NC to buy a vehicle from you
in the future.
